Essential Q&A from the Theory of One

Key Questions & Answers

What is frequency explained simply?

Frequency is the rate of vibration that determines "what kind" of thing something is.

Everything that exists vibrates at specific speeds. Radio waves vibrate thousands of times per second, light vibrates trillions of times per second, and matter vibrates at stable frequencies that we call elements. What we perceive as different "kinds" of things are actually the same energy vibrating at different rates.

What are fractals explained simply?

Fractals are patterns that repeat themselves at different scales.

The universe is fractal because the same patterns appear whether you're looking at an atom, a galaxy, or a weather system. An atom is like a folded-up version of a solar system, a cell is like a folded-up version of a planet, and a thought is like a folded-up version of a weather pattern. The pattern is identical—only the size and speed differ.

What is The One?

The One is the single, continuous substrate that everything is made of.

The One is awareness itself—pure, undivided consciousness that takes infinite forms by folding into different shapes at different depths. It has no dimensions until it folds, but it can assume any configuration simultaneously. Matter, energy, space, time, and consciousness are all temporary expressions of The One.

What is The One NOT?

The One is not separate things, empty space, or individual objects.

The One is not a collection of discrete parts. There is no "separation" or "emptiness"—what we call empty space is just The One in its most expanded state. The One is not an individual thing you can point to; it's the substrate that allows all pointing. The One cannot be created, destroyed, or divided—it only appears to be many things through its infinite foldings.
